Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information She Thrives Club collects when you take the quiz What Happens After “I Want This”?, join the email list, or visit The Next Move Method pages, and what happens to it. The short version: we only collect what we need, your quiz answers are stored without your name or email, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time.

What we collect and why

1. Your quiz answers (stored anonymously)

When you finish the quiz, we save your answers, your result, the date, and a randomly generated ID. We also note whether you entered your email and whether you clicked through to The Next Move Method. This record does not contain your name or email address.

Why: to understand how people make decisions and to improve the quiz and our products (audience research).
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving our work (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

2. Your email address and first name

If you enter your email to see your result, we add you to our email list along with your first name (if you give it), your quiz result, your answer to one context question, the completion date, and a personal link to your result.

Why: to send you your result, and occasional emails from She Thrives Club about decisions, self-trust and our products, personalised to your quiz result.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

3. Purchases

Purchases of The Next Move Method are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card details. If you came from the quiz, the random quiz ID is attached to your order so we can understand which quiz results lead to purchases.

4. Technical information

Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. The quiz also saves your progress in your own browser (local storage) so a refresh doesn’t lose your answers. It stays on your device and you can clear it at any time. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Website analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the quiz and our pages, for example how many people open the quiz, how many finish it, and which result types lead to The Next Move Method. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, the quiz steps you reach, your device and browser type, your approximate location (country or city) and how you arrived at the site.

We have set it up so that Google Analytics never receives your name, email address or quiz answers. It only receives your result category (for example “Future Thinker”) and which steps of the quiz you reached. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.

Why: to measure and improve the quiz and our website.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your choice: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The quiz works the same either way.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We use a few trusted services to run things, and they process data only on our instructions:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email club.shethrives@gmail.com. Because quiz answers are stored without your name or email, we usually can’t tell which answers are yours.

You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian data protection authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt, or to the authority in your own EU country.

Age

The quiz and our emails are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
